Are you looking for a way to connect with other women who share your faith, interests, and love for the Lord?

Mount Auburn Women’s Ministry offers opportunities for women of all ages and stages of life to grow spiritually, build meaningful friendships, serve others, and enjoy time together. Throughout the year, women can participate in Bible studies, small groups, service projects, and special events.

Whether you are new to Mount Auburn or have been part of the church for years, you are welcome to join us.

Women's Groups

Shalom Circle

The Women’s Shalom Circle looks for meaningful ways to serve our church, community, and world.

Past projects have included:

  • Distributing hygiene bags through Fletcher Place Community Center
  • Collecting hats and gloves for people experiencing homelessness
  • Creating flower arrangements for nursing home residents
  • Supporting Samaritan’s Purse
  • Writing letters of gratitude to veterans participating in an Honor Flight
  • Responding to other needs throughout the community

The women of Shalom Circle seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus by putting love into action—and having fun while doing it.

Meeting time: Second Monday of each month at 2:00 p.m.

Current Service Project: Toiletries for Fletcher Place

Shalom Circle is collecting travel-sized toiletries for Fletcher Place Community Center, an organization serving individuals and families on the south side of Indianapolis through housing assistance, food, education, and community support.

The donated items will be used to create hygiene bags for people experiencing homelessness.

Requested items include:

  • Bar or liquid soap
  • Shampoo
  • Combs
  • Washcloths
  • Deodorant
  • Mouthwash
  • Toothpaste
  • Toothbrushes
  • Razors

All donated items must be travel-sized.

Please place donations in the designated collection bin located in the north hallway of Trinity Hall.

Friendship Circle

Friendship Circle focuses on serving youth and women throughout Johnson and Marion counties. The group also volunteers at Mount Auburn events and supports the church’s Children and Student Ministries.

Past service projects have included:

  • Collecting school supplies for the United Way of Johnson County’s Fast Track program
  • Donating more than 150 pairs of socks to The Salvation Army’s back-to-school program
  • Providing hygiene products through the Perry Meridian High School Key Club for a Marion County domestic violence shelter
  • Making no-sew fleece scarves for people in need throughout Johnson County
  • Preparing and serving meals for the Mount Auburn Student Ministry and Youth Alpha group
  • Volunteering at church and community events

Women of all generations are welcome. Join us as we build friendships, identify new opportunities to serve, and share God’s love throughout our community.
