Originally scheduled for January, the kick-off celebration for the 200th Year of Mount Auburn Church was held April 12, 2026. One service at 9:30am with the Mount Auburn Church choir and the Center Grove High School Orchestra followed by a pitch-in.

Featuring recipes from three Mount Auburn Church cookbooks – there were some very interesting recipes in our church’s history! The congregation chose recipe cards from these books and brought them to the pitch-in.

In the hallway, there were posterboards that documented the church’s history in photos and news articles, from 1826 all the way to 2026 – 200 years worth of history!
